Install HP Laser Jet 1020 di OpenSUSE 10.3

Saya baru saja sukse installasi printer HP Laser Jet 1020 di OpenSUSE 10.3

Pertama pastikan bahwa "make" "kernel-source" dan "gcc-c++" telah terinstal

Untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi tersebut telah terinstall dan untuk menginstall aplikasi tersebut buka Yast

Yast->Software Management->Search
Cari "kernel-source". Pastikan sudah terinstall
Cari "gcc-c++" Pastikan sudah terinstall
Cari "make" , "make----------------GNU make" sudah terinstall
klik "accept" lalu ikuti langkah nya sampai selesai

Download driver HP LaserJet 1020 dari sini

Kemudian ekstrak foo2zjs.tar.gz

# tar xvzf foo2zjs.tar.gz

Lalu buka terminal kemudian login sebagi root (su dan kemudian masukan password) setelah ity masuk ke directory foo2zjs

Lalu jalankan perintah berikut melalui terminal

# make
# ./getweb 1020
# sudo make install
# sudo make install-hotplug
# sudo make cups

Setelah itu Install printer melalui Yast : Open Yast --> Hardware --> Printer

Ikutin aja Flownya mudah kok ..Wink
